Employees are the key element for the success of a company, which is why it is important to provide professional training for the employees of biotech companies.

AseBio has launched a Training Plan aimed exclusively at AseBio members.

With this Plan, AseBio members will be able to receive training in key areas for the optimal development of their companies, as well as to keep up to date with the latest developments affecting the sector.

Tuesday 18 October at 10h00 to 11h30 - Implications of the implementation of the Unitary Patent for the biotech industry with ABG Intellectual Property

The Unitary European Patent and the Unified Patent Court will be launched in the coming months. This is a historic project that has been in the making since the 1970s and will mean a major change for the protection of inventions in the Old Continent. How will its implementation affect European patent holders and applicants? Does this change affect the biotechnology sector? What is there to know and what steps should be taken to be prepared? In this session, experts from ABG Intellectual Property will answer all these questions and provide information on the aspects to take into account in order to obtain effective and efficient legal protection in the new scenario.
