We are a customer-centric contract development and manufacturing organization with extensive experience providing solutions and services for recombinant protein production.
We are a multidisciplinary team of almost 30 people, including biologist, biotechnologists, chemical and process engineers with over 15 years of experience overexpressing proteins.
Our mission is to work in recombinant protein expression to achieve quick and efficient success.
Cell line development: 53Biologics can produce recombinant proteins (antibodies, enzymes, vaccines…) in a wide range of microbial expression systems such as yeast (Pichia, Saccharomyces), fungi (Trichoderma, Aspergillus and the revolutionary C1) or bacteria (E. coli, Bacillus, etc.), mammalian expression systems such as CHO and insect cells like S2. 53Biologics has also many years of experience successfully improving different expression platforms and developing a broad range of efficient molecular biology tools to improve protein expression and stability that are now ready to be applied to your platform.
Process development: In 53 Biologics, we are experts in the optimization of all bioprocess stages, scale-up and providing solutions for product purification. So, in our hands, Upstream and Downstream processing is simplified, characterized, optimized, established and ready for transferring for future development. Our main goal is to help you to produce more by less.
Contract productions: If you are looking for production capacity for your preclinical batches, 53Biologics is your best option. You can take the benefits of 53Biologics ready-to-use productions facility, our efficient operation structure and our experience compiling the suitable information required for the IMPD, for a fraction of cost, and retain all the options to decide for the subsequent development stages.
