Head of Corporate IT & Security at Savana
Major Accountabilities where this role is involved:
- Lead the Corporate IT & Infrastructure team of Savana, responsible for end user equipment (PCs, mobile devices) and corporate SaaS systems (M365,CRM,ERP,..).
- Define the IT infrastructure governance framework and its corresponding annual budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively for maximum return on investment.
- Design and implement cost-effective solutions through careful budgeting, vendor negotiations, and resource optimization.
- Design, implement and maintain M365, for central authentication with SSO, document external sharing, device & security policies, and process automation, among other, ensuring business continuity.
- Implement and evaluate security measures in line with Savana’s Information Security Management System (ISMS), and compliance with international security regulations, in particular ISO27001, HIPAA and GDPR.
- Enforce the use of standards at Savana for equipment and software, aligned with company objectives and security requirements.
- Determine, control and periodical review Savana’s use of third party software licenses, using white/black listing.
- Plan and execute the procurement of corporate IT software, hardware and services (communications, consultancy, security, telephony, etc.).
- Organize support for end users using Savana’s ITSM tool and processes for incident, problem and change management.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies, to assess and follow market trends, methodologies and best practices in infrastructure and security, to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
- Coordinate response teams dealing with security incidents.
- Participate in the Security Committee as a core member, and chair Security Committee meetings.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications required:
- University degree in relevant technical discipline, and more than 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems, and experience with on-premise and IaaS/PaaS infrastructure. Knowledge of Mac OS is an asset.
- Advanced training or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, implementation of an Information Security.
- Management System (ISMS) and knowledge of security regulations (ISO27001, CIS, NIS2, GDPR, HIPAA..).
- Track record of implementation and administration of M365 components, in particular Defender, Sharepoint, process automation, or Intune, as well as integration of corporate applications in MS Entra using Single Sign-On and MFA. M365 certifications are an asset.
- Initiative, leadership, teamwork, analytical mind, communication skills, self-learning capabilities, extra-role performance and willing to work in a rapidly changing and cutting-edge technological environment.
- English: professional working proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an agile and dynamic environment.
- Analytical and results-oriented mindset.
