H&S&E Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health & Safety & Environment Manager to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the management of all aspects related to health, safety, and the environment of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of safety and health policies and procedures in compliance with ISO standards related to occupational health and safety and environmental management.
• Assist in supervising and coordinating training programs in safety and the environment for employees, including conducting internal training when necessary.
• Collaborate in the assessment of occupational and environmental risks and the implementation of preventive and corrective measures.
• Contribute to maintaining accurate records of incidents, accidents, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure a safe and sustainable working environment.
• Participate in investigations of incidents and accidents and propose process improvements.
• Stay updated on safety and environmental regulations and support compliance.
• Coordinate with external occupational health and safety services to ensure regulatory compliance and conduct relevant assessments.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Master's degree in Environmental Management.
• Solid knowledge of ISO standards related to occupational health and safety (ISO 45001) and environmental management (ISO 14001).
• Over 4 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial setting.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Results-oriented and capable of making informed decisions.
